Kelly grew up in Cupertino, the daughter of a local real estate developer. She spent her childhood going from one construction site to the next as her parents built the custom homes of a rapidly-changing Silicon Valley. She remembers poring over architectural plans with her mother to make sure each home flowed naturally in a way that was practical and architecturally beautiful. Today, Kelly helps clients review similar plans as they’re updating a home to capture the highest sale price, or simply remodeling for their own life and enjoyment. Before real estate, Kelly was a construction litigation attorney – from a young age, always a defender of fairness and justice. The experience comes into play every time she advocates for her clients. Kelly has an eye for the fine print that helps keep her clients safe, while making the process as transparent and efficient as possible.
